So here are the pets that came with the two Lalaloopsy dolls I have. The monkey came with Ace and the bear came with Rosy. She's a nurse so I guess this was a teddy bear that had something horrible happen to her! Looks like Rosy did the best she could Lol. They don't have official names I guess so, maybe I'm supposed to make up my own? :)

You could try making the bear actually. Get a teddy bear, wrap him up in real surgery tape, put a pin, undo his right eye, and then sew in a heart shaped button.
